All about the beer
Back in 2011, Two Stones Pub started in a little corner of Newark called Brookside.
When we started, we opened up our doors as a craft beer only destination. The craft beer scene had just taken over Delaware and we were at the forefront. We didn’t serve anything that wasn’t craft and soon after, lots of other places took notice and joined in the increased craft beer offerings. But our people kept the guests coming back because even in light of so many other local restaurants and pubs starting to serve the same craft beer we were, it was our people that continued to keep our guests happy and wanting to come back.
Fast forward to the Summer of Beer, 2015.
Owner Michael Stiglitz decided to team up with Iron Hill Media brewer Bob Barrar to open 2SP Brewing Company, their own brewery in Delaware County. Barrar , a Delco native and a decorated 19 Great American Beer Festival medal and 10 World Beer Cup medal winner, was a natural fit. Between their beloved Up & Out Hazy IPA, their 3 time GABF Gold Medal winning The Russian, and their all-weather beers like Pony Boi Golden Light Lager and Delco Lager, they offer something for every beer lover. You can always find the latest releases of 2SP Brewing at Two Stones Pub, and plenty for take out. And if you’re in the area, stop by 2SP’s tasting room in Aston, PA to try one (or all!) of their 20+ beers on tap.
